		<description>I&#039;ve found that most &quot;eureka moments&quot; are retroactively created.  Same goes for performance attribution.  How many times have you heard, &quot;that founder was &#039;insane&#039; which is why they failed&quot; and later &quot;that founder was &#039;insane&#039; which is why they won?&quot;</description>
